Treat Collection in So Simple

I (surprise, surprise) picked up another bottle from Treat Collection, and dare I say – it's my favorite one yet. So Simple is a grayed down lavender beige, which is a refreshing departure from all the precious pink shades that pop up in the Spring.

Most grays and lavenders look dull and lifeless on my pale hands, not so with this. Anyone looking for a wearable, toned-down lavender that won't clash with whatever you're wearing this week will be pleased.

Treat Collection Nail Polish (Haul)

I love Chanel nail polishes, but I'm a stickler for ingredients. After a series of disappointing investments in water based, and various 5-free nail polish brands, I came across Treat Collection in Denver's eco-beauty outpost, Vert Beauty. They had only five bottles in stock, but I picked up two shades and was instantly smitten. Hailing from Berlin, Treat Collection's palette range is studded with some really interesting shades (Cocktail Hour, a shimmering taupe with both gold and grey undertones come to mind) and the application lasts a week at minimum. Which is phenomenal considering how often I hand wash dishes.

Luckily, Amazon had a flash sale and I snapped up a few bottles of their more tamer colors. (I just can't do blue nail polish, but I appreciate their blue is more a restrained blue-gray.)

Anyway, I'm officially hooked. Behold my haul:
